Bus Guardian skip reasons, Wonde learner matching and sign-in fixes
Administrators can now see when drivers skip Bus Guardian checks and why, Wonde schools can match on Learner Number, and a sign-in issue plus several map and report errors are fixed.

Bus Guardian skip reasons and compliance tracking
School administrators can now see whether drivers completed or skipped Bus Guardian checks, including the reason when a check is skipped.
Wonde Learner Number matching option
Schools using Wonde can now choose Learner Number as a student matching option, helping reconnect existing RollCall student records when standard IDs do not match older records.
Parent CSV duplicate handling
Parent CSV imports now handle multiple parents per student, or multiple students per parent, more accurately by only flagging exact duplicate relationships.
Filter parents by account status
Manage Parent Access now includes Enabled and Disabled status filters, making it easier to identify which parents currently have Parent App access.
Faster Trip Details Report generation
Performance improvements behind the scenes now provide more reliable Trip Details Report generation across larger date ranges.
What's fixed?
RollCall sign-in issue
Fixed an issue that could prevent users from signing in or renewing an existing session.
Scheduled route booking errors
Parents now see a clear error message when attempting to create a booking for a scheduled route run that cannot be found.
Route message delivery statuses
Route Messaging Delivery Status reports now correctly reflect successful email delivery outcomes.
Overdue Balance Report records
Fixed an issue where some students were missing from the Overdue Balance Report.
False Off Stop alerts on maps
Students scanned within the correct stop area no longer incorrectly appear as Off Stop in map-based monitoring views.
Boarding scan locations
Boarding scan locations now record more accurately when reviewing attendance and stop activity.
Parent access controls
Parent access settings and welcome email controls now behave correctly when parent access is disabled.
Route Mapping Dashboard visibility
Active buses and routes now appear more reliably on the Route Mapping Dashboard.
Driver exceptions in Admin Console
Bad Behaviour and Mark as Sick actions submitted in the Driver App now appear correctly in the Admin Console.
Duplicate student codes
Duplicate student codes are now blocked with a clear validation message instead of causing unexpected failures.
Duplicate driver login errors
Fixed an issue that could prevent drivers from signing in when duplicate phone number and PIN records existed.
Show API Docs button
The Show API Docs button now opens the API details panel correctly.
Off Stop exception markers
Off Stop exceptions now appear against the correct boarding or alighting marker during route review.
