Fixes for offline checks, duplicate alerts and CSV imports
A fixes release: offline checks stay completed after sync, parents get single travel alerts, Stop Data and parent CSV imports work again, and SMS verification no longer duplicates country codes.

Fixes
Offline checks stay completed after sync
Driver, school, and supervisor checks completed offline now remain correctly marked as completed after the device syncs.
Duplicate Parent App alerts
Parents now receive single, accurate travel alerts instead of duplicate notifications, even after reinstalling the Parent App.
Parent names in alert emails
Boarding and alighting activity alert emails now address parents correctly using the name stored in the school account.
Stop Data CSV imports
School administrators can now successfully complete Stop Data CSV bulk imports, restoring the normal process for adding or updating stops.
Parent import templates
Sample CSV templates downloaded for parent imports now correctly include only the specific fields selected by the administrator.
SMS verification phone numbers
SMS one-time verification now works correctly for parents in the Parent App and Parent Web without duplicating country codes.
Fixed fare partial updates
Student fixed fare updates now import correctly during partial updates, and validation errors will display if required payment charging information is missing.
Driver Attention icons
Students with the Driver Attention Flag enabled now correctly display a yellow tag icon in the Driver App to help drivers identify children needing extra attention.
Excursion boarding scans
Valid students assigned to an excursion now scan successfully onto the driver's list without generating incorrect rejection messages.
